Where is Plemix located? Plemix is a Hong Kong registered incorporated business. Our headquarter is located in Hong Kong with operating centers. What currency is my order billed in? For Paypal payments, all orders will be billed based on the currency you have selected. For Credit Card payments you will be billed in US Dollars. Australian and New Zealander customers can choose to be billed in AU Dollars. What currency do Plemix accept? We accept Australian Dollars, British Pounds, Canadian Dollars, Euros, New Zealand Dollars, US Dollars and Hong Kong Dollars. Are the phones or cameras come with any manufacture warranty? Since all phones and cameras products are parallel imported items that there are no manufacturer warranties included with your orders. However, here at Plemix we do offer 6-month Plemix warranty for phones, tablets, cameras and camcorders you purchased through our website (effective from 01 Dec, 2015, 00:00, Hong Kong Time, UTC/GMT +8 hours). Customers can check the estimated shipping rate at the shopping cart or a confirmed shipping rate at the checkout page. For all international orders (outside US), customers are responsible for the custom and import duties. What does SIM Free mean? SIM unlocked mean? SIM Free: This means that your phone purchase does not included a SIM card. Unlocked: This means that the phone is not locked to any particular phone service providers. Before you make a decision to purchase a particular phone, please make sure that the frequency of your mobile phone network is compatible with the phone you wish to purchase. There is no commitment to any minimum term contract to buy our phones. Will the phone I purchase work in my country? Within the United States and Canada, the majority uses only GSM 1900 bandwidth. In UK, Australia and most parts of Asia with the exception of Japan and South Korea, their networks use GSM 900 / GSM 1800. Can I track my order? Yes you can. After you have placed an order at plemix.com, we will email you the order detail and order status. You may also check the order status and details online. Simply login to plemix.com, and go to your Buying History, all of your previous orders will be shown on the page. You are able to review the details of each order, the price, the item and the order status. We will keep you updated on your orders. Every time when the status of your order has been updated, you will be notified by email from our customer service representatives. If your order has been shipped, we will email you the tracking number. You may also find the tracking number online in theBuying History together with the respecting shipping partner. The return policy governs any purchase made through our Plemix.com retail website. Plemix offers a 14 Days Return Policy for defective items from the date of arrival at your location (effective from 01 Dec, 2015, 00:00, Hong Kong Time, UTC/GMT +8 hours). Customer’s returned item must meet the requirements stated below in order for us to accept it:1. Engraved products are not refundable in any circumstances;2. Any item lost in the mail will not be responsible by Plemix;3. Customers are responsible for return shipping charges. This also applies to defective items;4. All returned items for refund are subject to a minimum 25% restocking fee (There will not be restocking fee on defective items);5. All returns, for any reason, must be packaged with instruction booklets and all other supplied accessories when it was first delivered to you;6. Returned item must be double boxed, customer should not adhere any labels or postage on the product’s packaging;7. Before you return your items, you must contact us and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA). Any returns sent without a RMA number will not be accepted by us. Customer, assume all responsibility for the package until it arrives at our office. Plemix will not be responsible for returned packages if lost by your mailing service;8. Please include the following information when returning an item: a) Your RMA number on your invoice (Do not write on the items box.
